Well, there are several options:
1. You can get a premium acc here by posting at forums(for details look >>here<< (http://forums.mangahut.com/showthread.php?t=1443)), i.e. you can download for 'free'.
2. Look at www.mangaupdates.com. Go to category 'hentai', go to the scan-group's home page and download from there.
3. I think, there are some other websites, but I dont know of any ^^'
