Grass
You pass through the gate and there is someone you don't know.
The blood in your thin vains, rapidly starts to flow.
You sense danger, and start to run.
He tries to get you, but you're going towards the sun.
The adrenaline is extremely high,
and you keep wondering: "Will I die?"
You breathe too fast, and the oxygen isn't enough.
You start to think if you should act tough.
Your mind suddenly goes blank, but it's when you realize
You're just a poor kid, who always likes to fantasize.
You stop for a second and pray:
"Shall I turn back, will I be ok?"
Salty water comes out of your eyes,
and you're wishing you hadn't stolen that prize.
You turn back with your eyes closed
and think to yourself: "Was I really exposed?"
You slowly open your eyes,
and a woman, in front of you, lies.
She is beautiful, but suddenly yells:
"What are you doing? What the hell?!
"Man, she just ruined the mood.
I think you should go back now, dude."
Your mom leaves your room, slammin' the door.
You pull yourself together, saying: "You bitch! We're poor!"
You open the window and out the bird goes,
but you soon realize, there ain't no birds when it snows.
You sit on the bed and get your phon',
to call the number you should have never known.
Your girl picks up and asks how it went.
"That shit was awesome. I spaced out and dreamt."
"That's good. Next time I will come along."
"Okay, but please, bring somethin' that's even more strong."
