Hn, well I have absolutely no idea who NOX is, but I mean, he has a right to express his opinion. Posts/replies like "Stfu and go kill yourself..." aren't really necessary. If you have a problem with the way he chose to say goodbye or his reasons for doing so, I ask that you do not waste his time bye flaming him in his final farewell. He didn't have to say goodbye, but he did, and for his own reasons. That's all there is to it.

I've only been a member of Mangahut.com for a very short time and within that short time period, I've realized a few things.
Positives:
- [Features] Alot of cool features that I've never seen on a manga site, including the 'Chat Box'.
- [Smilies] Some of the best Smilies/Emote-Icons I've seen anywhere.
- [People] Met a few nice people here as well.

Negatives:
- [Staff/Admin behaviors] Moderator/Staff/Admin positions given out to almost anyone. I say this because I've found that on this site, there are quite a few admin that do not deserve the position they were given either because they lack essential Maturity, Decisiveness, Initiative, etc. One example as to why I can say this can be seen right here in this very thread ("Go screw yourself...Stfu and go kill yourself!"). This as well as other acts of blatent immaturity displayed by a few, not all, members in power has swayed my view of the acting Staff here on Mangahut. I now question the requirements one must meet in order to be recognized as Staff/Admin, as well as question the legitamacy of it all.
- [Unbalanced ratio] Way too many staff for the current amount of members. There should be a balance of some sort. Some kind of ratio.
- [Partial/Biased Staff/Admins] Staff/Admins aren't necessarily neutral (which they should be). With the authority and power they are entrusted with, it is very important to make sure that they will not be biased in any of their decisions. This is a big one because in my short time spent here, I've been threatened with ban over the smallest of things. Be it a small arguement, a disagreement, opposing/questioning a Staff/Admin's decision in any way, simply giving your opinon of an admin/staff member, if a Staff/Admin is just in a bad mood, etc., etc.

With that said, I must also say my final farewell, as I wish you all the best and hope that you prosper in the future. Sayonara minna.

i respect everything you said. some of the mods really are immature. and there are really lots of mods even if there are so less members. but having more mods meaning more promoting for the site (but none are giving efforts, except for some). and i know there are lots of silly rules to follow, rules that are real tightening you. abusing of power is not new. . but
nevertheless it was good meeting you.

I have a different opinion on this. When someone is throwing false(and pretty offensive) accusations on everyone, I feel right to answer harsh.

And no, you cant report Kaiten to someone else, coz he is the boss =).

Some kind of ratio.Admins and uploaders are not moderators(they can moderate though). The number of admins is decided by Main Admin, who needs their help. This has nothing to do with the number of users, it's only depends on the work that is needed to be done.
And we have only two moderators, and 'two' is not really much.

1). Qwertiest: I guess understand what you're saying about the false offensive accusations and eveything, but I still believe it could've been handled a different way. ^^ Sorry, it's just me. I know you must have your reasons. ^^

2) Qwertiest: The two members you have specified are incorrect. I gave no implication to suggest that they were the two. I have withheld this information to avoid drama and insecurity. But, I thank you for your advice about informing the head Admin. I shall be sure to do this on the next site. Thanks so much. ^^

3). lilcutiepie & Ninja: I've clearly stated my reasons behind leaving. Nothing I've said suggests that I left simply because of a position on this site. I'm curious as to where you cme up with that. o.o But, I guess I can understand. I mean, I didn't really explain it to you. ^^' Sorry about that. ^^'
If you've known me for a while, you would know that I am not the type to judge or take action without good reason. What I posted in my 'farewell' post was all there was to it. Plain and simple. Yeah, I didn't become a mod, but whatever. I mean, I'm just one person out of thousands, maybe more (too lazy to check. lol). If that was the reason why I left, I would have posted in my 'farewell' post stating this. But I did not. Why? Because that has nothing to do with it. That complete and utter selfishness is beneath me. I have my reasons. They are clearly stated in the 1st post of this thread. When explaining something, such as my leave, I am not one to skimp out on the details for any reason other than protecting the emotions of others, not myself. Not trying to sound all "High & Mighty", just saying, that's not me. If you really knew me, you'd know. But, I guess that's really not your fault. ^^' Lol, sorry once again about that. ^^'

Anyway, yeah, final visit. Just came to correct a few false-hoods. ^^

2.we are not enought (we have reall lifes 2,and this site works 24h/7days a week)
