laughter

laughter is the music of the soul
it tinkles and taps
in a wonderful dance

like flutes
and fairies
like wind chimes
and clarinets

it spreads through the body
with warmth all around
it brightens
even the most dreary day

laughter showers the world
with light and love
and shows the world
that there is still happiness somewhere
