No, I did it that way. I didn't want the log to be pushed down.

So I made it available through going to the forum to view or clicking on the tabs...

Why then there is empty post on the "default" tab? For me it looks like site engine bug, especially with that '0 replies' link. Anyway it looks just ugly. Shouldn't it be something like short announce with "Read more..." link which redirects to forum or opens the tab where the post is visible?
Another solution is to make release log sticky...

Yeah, that's better. But engine needs some development anyway. :)
