Mephiskaphales is a ska punk band. Along the lines of reel big fish in the use of trumpets and other brass. But with an edgier tone. Bumblebeetuna being one of their songs. You can probably youtube it.

Lol bumblebee tuna was an older song that was catchy. Mephiskaphales was considered one of the best ska bands in the 90's. They had 2 brass and 2 woodwinds which was unusual.

Pretty edgy material. The earlier stuff was very taboo, stuff about beastiality or lost lovers. Anything that would gain them shock value. Engel was the first song I heard from them. Btw supercell is actually responsible for a lot of good material uploaded to nico nico douga. Which is a site that uses a lot of vocaloids. I'd check out Melt by supercell featuring hatsune miku. I'm a huge vocaloids fan... Hence the username.
