I know we already have the top ten chapters/manga of the day and most read 10 manga ever. but wouldn't it be better to have them all listed based on the number of "reads"?

Yeah, I've suggested Kaiten this (I mean the sorting feature). He said he will implement it someday. =)

all mature manga is tagged as mature as for smut etc they are also tagged check the genre before reading a manga. Also before gaining access to chapters of a mature manga a warning is given and it asks you to click a link if you wish to continue reading.
