Help with the Site

I got a bad problem.
,,When i enter mangahut forums i am loged on,ok till now
but when i go to the home page i am loged out,wy ?
I cant even upload some manga,cuz i cant see the mod panel.
I try to log in and it directs me to the site forums no,i go back to the home page i am again loged out cry~''
Is it my foult or is the site pls give me some answers sigh-why

lol no good,i uploaded 2 ch. and after that it started to kick me out
,,It uploads the ch. time pases and in the end it says (your not a Mod)''

i find that frequently... open another tab for the forums and keep hopping between threads, its the only way i know to stay logged in

keeps happening to me, it kicks me out of mod panel too
and i keep getting that message "you are not a mod"
but i am! i think...
